Regarding tenant updates, we're pleased to share that Aussco will continue as our anchor tenant in Kwun Tong. As a leader in their industry, Aussco's unwavering focus on innovation in knit will continue inspiring dynamism and fostering creativity within our community.

Alongside this, we're delighted to announce a new partnership with Jumpstart, who will extend their community management expertise to both our Kwun Tong and Causeway Bay communities. This collaboration, combined with our plans to merge the two locations and grow a third in the future, heralds a transformative phase, offering a wealth of benefits for all members.

In other developments, a Matter of Design has transitioned back to Causeway Bay, where they first started pre-COVID. We are immensely grateful for their past contributions to our Kwun Tong community and send them our best wishes for their future endeavors.

In response to the disruptions experienced in 2023, we are committing to revisiting and refining the community manager role. We aim to meet our community's needs better and ensure a vibrant and supportive environment for all.
